Take on the challenge to grow and store all of your veg for one full year. It's possible by joining the The Harvest workshop series. This series should empower you, the grower, with skills to preserve and create yummy flavours that are not only delicious, but great for your health.Led by Chef Dani, you'll be guided on a 3 hr workshop to make your own sauerkraut & kimchi. Great for people with a glut of - Cabbage, Wombok, Radish, Daikon etc
