Ringwood RSL is joining the RSL Active team with their Veteran Fitness Engagement Boxing Class.Veterans, First Responders, and their families are encouraged to take part in this fantastic self-paced class, where you will be put through your paces by fellow Veteran and qualified PT, Jason Isaac.
You may know Jason from fellow ESO Soldier On, he also volunteers his time to Ringwood RSL to run this great activity.
Boxing gloves and focus pads are provided, however if you have your own, we encourage you to bring them, along with your water bottle and towel.
