About
One of the most significant psychosocial hazards for frontline staff is dealing with angry or emotional customers. The effects of the encounter can last long after the event and contribute to elevated stress levels, mental health issues and staff absence.This 3 hour workshop, facilitated by Communication Mentor Ruth Guice, is designed to EMPOWER your staff member:
* to feel CONFIDENT in uncomfortable situations
* to actively LISTEN and RESPOND without absorbing other's emotions
* to employ the AAA+ Response Sequence
* to practice ASSERTIVE communication
* to process their emotions after the event (or seek help)
