All ages are welcome, bring a water bottle & towel or yoga mat.
Parental supervision is required.
Location: BEACH HUB - Find us in the Beach Zone on Coogee Beach.

Happy Seed Yoga & Life is a locally run Yoga, Personal Training & Coaching Business that celebrates the importance of mind, body, environment & community for a happy and healthy life. Olenna has more than 20 years of experience working with both adults and children to support holistic well-being and strives to inspire a love of moving with joy for all ages and capabilities.
