Want to try a sport with a difference? How about the Olympic sport of the sword - Fencing!
This International Women's Day we are celebrating with a free trial session for the women and girls of our community.
All equipment is provided, all ages, with female coaches.
All you need to do is dress for sport (track pants, sneakers and t-shirt), and bring a bottle of water to drink.
You may also want your phone for a quick selfie with your sabre!
After the fencing, we would love you to stick around a little longer and join us for a social supper before heading home.
