About
Barre class is a workout technique inspired by elements of dance, yoga and pilates.The class focused on cardio, strength training, and stretching, rather than perfect dance technique. It focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body. In addition to building strength, this full-body workout also develops agility, balance and flexibility.
Every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 8 AM and Tuesday and Thursday at 4.10 pm.
