FAQs

Can I purchase my ticket at the door?
No. ConCentric has sold out several years in a row with a waitlist of people still wanting tickets. Get your tickets early. Unsure if you're available? Your best bet is probably to buy now, and request a refund if you can't make it. We'll be sad to not see you, but there's always next year.

Can my gaming business sponsor ConCentric?
Yes, it can. Please feel free to contact us via the website with any enquiries. Sponsors are promoted on our website and through our social media channels to a very targeted audience – your potential customers!

I want to run some games! Is there a GM registration or special ticketing?
We love our GMs and we support them for all of the work they put in. Purchase your ticket in the usual way and let us know in the details that you'd like to run a game. We'll be in touch with more details including scheduling well ahead of the convention.

How can I help spread the word?
Easy - Follow our social media channels, and Like/Share/Retweet/TootBoost anything that catches your attention. Let your friends know!

Is there an age limit to enter the event?
ConCentric Games is a family friendly event. Children 17 years and under must be accompanied by a ticket-holding parent or guardian at all times.

Is the venue accessible?
The venue is ground floor and open plan. We will do our best to ensure table spacing is sensible for all patrons.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
There is a large car park at the venue, and it's very close to the major bus routes.

What can/can't I bring to the event?
Bring games! Please feel free to cosplay if you like (why not? Talk like a Pirate day is just around the corner), but leave any weapons (real or replica) at home. We don't have a check-in facility. The venue and its surrounds are no smoking/vaping. Alcohol/drugs are obviously prohibited.

Will you post a ticket out to me?
No, you'll receive an email after you purchase your ticket online.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes, please – QR code scanning from a phone screen occasionally fails.

What is the refund policy?
General ticket refunds will be available up until 30 days before the event start date. If you are unwell, we will refund your ticket up to 1 day ahead.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Tickets are not transferrable between individuals.
