The purpose of this workshop and concert is to ENJOY SINGING!

FULL DAY VOCAL WORKSHOP and Afternoon Concert - $65 - $30 Student Concession

9:00am : Registration and Morning tea.

Session 1. 9:30am - 11:00am.  Session 2. 11:30am - 1:00pm. (Session Tea Break 11:00am - 11:30am)Participants choose one activity in each session.

• 4 inspiring workshops, running concurrently across two morning time slots - supported by experienced conductors and teachers.
• Explore any two options: Music Theatre, How to sing Jazz ~ Latin, Sing Out!, and Dancing the Argentinian Tango & Cuban Salsa. Participants will need to select these options during the ticket purchase process.

Lunch 1:00pm - 1:45pm. (Sandwiches available to be purchased from the CMRI  ladies who are catering.)

Session 3: 1:45pm - 3:00pm. A Participants Combined Choir rehearsal with the Beachside Big Band Combo.An engaging mid-afternoon workshop session for all participants; a combined rehearsal of Hernando's Hideaway and Desafinado.

• Enjoy being part of an combined choir rehearsal accompanied by the Beachside Big Band Combo.
• Be a participant, performer and audience member.
• Music scores and audio track links will be emailed to participants after booking.
• *Music material for each workshop, plus song scores and learning tracks for ‘The Combined Participants Choir’ will be available on joining.

AFTERNOON CONCERT

3:30pm - 4:30pm

Session 4: A Concert performance with the fabulous Sydney Cuban Band ~ ‘Lorenzo Y Su Swing!’ Quintet. 

Guest dancers - 'Cuban Passion' and  A Tango Duet by touring Agentinian dancer Alberto Barsellini and Jenny Asquith.              

Feature choirs  ~ The Flame Tree Singers and Katandra Womens A Cappella plus a wonderful collaborative 'Finale' by the 'South Coast Sings Participants Choir' accompanied by the Beachside Big Band Combo.  

Members of the public are warmly invited to attend!

Tickets $20, $15 Concession - Also available at the door before the Concert from 3.00pm. (Children under 12 Free)

* Music material for each workshop, plus song scores and learning tracks for 'The Combined Participants Choir' will be available on joining.
