AECSD invites you to a conversation to bring the proposed Formation Guidelines for Supervisors of Spiritual Directors to lifeSpiritual direction is a sacred trust. Life-giving, ethically responsible spiritual direction is fostered when spiritual directors have access to supervision.
We invite all spiritual direction supervisors, formators and interested spiritual directors into a facilitated conversation to be held the day after the 2024 AECSD Gathering on The Paschal Mystery. We will engage with the proposed Guidelines, invite feedback, and discuss how they could be used in practice. This will advance the conversation regarding appropriate recognition criteria for supervision formation programs.
