This three hour ( 6 km) moderately challenging walk is a descent through forest and woodland to The Cascades at the junction of Middle Harbour and French’s Creeks. Rapids over rocks link large pools, the remains of flood destroyed swimming pool. Wildflowers, especially boronias, are exceptionally good from late Winter.
