We are so very much looking forward to welcome you in our beautiful home to experience this incredible ancient , ancestral ritual, which has been practiced by ancient civilizations throughout Central & North America, including the Maya, Aztecs & Toltecs. The purpose is therapeutic healing to relieve stress, aches and injuries, cure skin or respiratory disease, come together in community in the sacred circle, pray and manifest your wildest dreams.

🌞 We are going to start building the new Sweatlodge from 11am. Let us know if you feel the call the join us for this magical experience. 

🔥 Fire starts at 3pm. Feel free to arrive early to help in the space and learn more about this beauty way! We will enter the Sweatlodge around 5pm 

Please arrive 4:45pm latest

🤍 Pregnant women can participate from 4 months

🤍 Grandparents and children are welcome! 

WHAT TO BRING 

💃Long dress or long skirt and blouse or beach wrap (to cover shoulders and ideally knees) for women

🤍Towell and change of clothes

🤍Offerings to the land (Crystals, flowers, Tabacco ).

🍉Yummy food and Coconut/Fresh water to share after.
