AFI - VIC April Meeting - Skilled Migration
We are all only too aware of our long term struggles with training and the availability of skilled foundry tradespeople. An option to address our short term skills gaps is that of the Skilled Migration. Dan Engles and Lisa Zhang will delve into key topics critical to understanding offshore recruitment to address Australia's skills shortages. Together we'll be exploring the various employer-sponsored visa types available and the occupations they cover, providing insight into the pathways for skilled individuals seeking employment in Australia. Timeline and costs for the recruitment and relevant visas will also be covered. We will also talk about the occupations that matter to the metal casting industry.
