Join Cath on an interactive journey through a menu inspired by her time in the MasterChef kitchen.We will start the night with a complimentary cocktail before heading into the Dining Room for our journey together.
Cath will be miked up with a videographer in the kitchen so she can take you on a personal journey through the menu and share some stories about each dish and her adventure on MasterChef.
Menu:
- Feta & herb baked Polenta, with an almond cream and romesco sauce
- Ricotta tortelloni with tomato broth & basil oil
- Slow cooked Lamb on a bed of sauteed spinach, with an olive, oregano & parsley warm vinaigrette served with potato puree & oregano oil
- Winter croissant pudding with a caramel sauce.
