Whether you wield the needle with finesse, want to master the art of mending, or harbour a fascination for breathing new life into fabrics, come, let us work wonders together. Guided by our local experts— Barbara Combe and Karen Wilmott. The cost is just $15 which includes a cuppa.
When booking, please give us an idea of what you would be interested in working on e.g. mending, upcycling, alterations, getting a pattern to fit.
Project kits will also be available at the workshops for a small fee.
Bring a simple sewing kit with you and, if you are at the sewing stage, bring your sewing machine as well - there will also be sewing machines available at the workshop.
For safety, please wear enclosed shoes (to avoid accidents with pins, needles and scissors!)
