Repair Cafe - Nathan Campus - Enviro Week
About
Griffith University will be hosting a Repair Cafe at the Nathan campus, Campus Heart, outside the Library (N53), Wednesday 24 April 2024.Bring along your broken things and our skilled volunteers will show you how to fix it. We can mend clothing and bags, small furniture items, household electrical appliances, electronics and lamps, bikes, tools, toys, knife sharpening & more!
Do:
- Bring any manual, broken and/or replacement parts, or other accessories required to make it “go”.
- Make a booking (preferably) but drop by we'll do our best to help out!
Please note:
- Only bring things that you can carry yourself (e.g. no large items or furniture).
- No items can be left at the repair cafe.
- You must stay for the duration of your repair.
- Watch batteries replacement or repairs are not possible as we do not carry spare parts.
