BAROQUE WORKSHOP and CONCERT presented by EMSQ Inc

A workshop on two days for players of all instruments and singers of all levels, focusing on the Baroque period (c. 1600-1750). The workshop offers presentations, ensembles and dancing. Presenters and performers will include musician and recorder performer Yvette Friend, who studied recorder at the University of Queensland, where she was awarded a University Medal.EMSQ is proud to have engaged the renowned south-east Queensland Arioso Chamber Ensemble to present a public Baroque concert as they celebrate their 10th anniversary. The Arioso Chamber Ensemble comprises Margaret Caley baroque violin, Judit Molnár soprano, Shannon Scheltema viola da gamba, and Janet Brewer, harpsichord (https://www.ariosochamberensemble.com/) . Saturday Workshop tickets include the concert.
