About
Christian community flourishes where relationships are healthy. Do not let differences of opinions and attitudes break relationships.This workshop is for leaders who want to understand the causes and levels of conflict, and how to respond appropriately based on the different needs that people have in different types of conflict. Through education, discussion and practical tools that can be applied immediately, people will be better equipped to respond to conflict and to support healthy and effective communities.
