About
Our conference theme for 2024 is ‘People & Strategies’ and there are two major new agenda initiatives this year.Firstly, in addition to all the future strategies around charitable retail, reuse and resource management, this conference will bridge the gap between people and strategies, and link how to engage and bring your teams along with your strategic journey.
Secondly, we have secured an additional break-out room in which we will deliver specific, practical, operational content for Shop Managers only, and run this concurrently with the strategic plenary sessions in the main ballroom.
This is the first time we have created an additional breakout room giving you two choices for two levels of your people attending. The plenary will focus on innovative strategic levels for organisational leaders, while the Shop Manager Breakout sessions will provide practical, operational and developmental content designed specifically for shop managers.
