Sunday Sessions Jazz: 'The Bowlo XIV' with SH! Jazz Quartet
Our original SH! Jazz Quartet is back in town on Sunday, 19 May 2024 at Bowral Bowling Club - Ren Marcon on vocals and reeds, Peter Locke on piano, David Seidel on double bass and Josh Morgan on drums - joined by special guest James Greening.
Established in 2017 to meet the growing demand for jazz in the Southern Highlands, the SH! Jazz Quartet is made up of some of the greats of Australian Jazz. Special guest James Greening has been a leading voice in the music scene in Sydney and Australia for more than thirty years. Trombones, pocket trumpet, slide trumpet, tuba, sousaphone and diddly bow bass add to James' diversity as a performer.
The $35 ticket price ($30 for SH! Jazz members, $20 for student/child) plus booking fee is for event entry only, with reserved table seating. Food and drink is available to order at the venue. If you have any special song requests or seating preferences, please let us know when you book! Doors open from 1:00pm with the band playing from 2-5pm.
