Did you know that in 2019 ‘Family Zone’ (an internet filter used by many schools) reported that a third of children under 8 years old had tried to access pornography. Why? They are innocent but curious and expect the internet will answer all their questions!The session will focus on our current experiences with Years 3 - 6 students’ knowledge and questions about ‘tricky’ topics. Kate will look at the developmental changes and abilities at this age and also share strategies for talking to your child and protecting them from inappropriate online content.
