About
One of the main reasons for discontent with architectural services is the tension between budget and design expectations. Discussions about finances can be particularly difficult. The SA Committee is delighted to host an insightful Business of Small Practice (BoSP) event with an expert panel discussing the challenges and offering strategies for effective client management.Our panel of speakers includes Chris Rowlands (RAD Studio), Craig Buckberry (Anaglypta Architecture), David Handsaker (Williams Burton Leopardi) and Tom Bernard (Rider Levett Bucknall).
The wide-ranging discussion will cover how to successfully manage challenging discussions around client expectations, budgets, variations and stakeholder relationships.
