Acclaimed artists, Francesca Hiew ,Violin, Stewart Kelly, Piano and Stephen Newton, Voice are inspiring musicians, educators and valued contributors to Melbourne's vibrant music community including the Australian String Quartet, Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, Victorian College of the Arts Secondary School, University of Melbourne and the House of Pianos.In June's concert, we will hear performances of the 'shimmering' Sonata for violin and piano by Gabriel Fauré, together with La Bonne Chanson, a song cycle based on the poetry of Paul Verlaine in the year of the 100th anniversary of Gabriel Fauré's death.
