In this closed group we will embody and explore core somatic resources from Open Floor Movement Practice and Gestalt therapy’s holistic experimental approach. These sessions will involve guided movement inquiries, with plenty of dancing. We will also include dialogic practices and the creative arts, to allow you to deepen your inquiry and integrate your experiences.
