Have you ever wondered what processes go into making a good, marketable beer? And what happens when the science of brewing goes wrong? Come hear from one of our brewers, and taste a few different kinds of beer at ECU's Birra Bar. Afterwards, take a tour of our malting facility in small groups, eat some pizza, and have the opportunity to purchase more beers.Date: Thursday 15th August 2024

Parking: Carpark 8, along University Drive
This is an 18+ event made possible by Inspiring Australia and National Science Week. By booking a ticket, you confirm that you and any ticket holders are over the age of 18. Photos will be taken at this event.
Location
Birra Bar at Edith Cowan University. Please park in Carpark 8 off University Drive, in the Red Zones, or take public transport to the CAT bus stop nearby.
