SENSING THE DIFFERENCE
FACILITATION with JOERG HASSMANN
This workshop welcomes everyone to begin or deepen the practice of this body & heart opening danceform. I am happily excited to be again at the beautiful Peregian Beach Community House to bring our Sunshine Coast Community of Contact Improvisers together with guest from further away.
Movements have the power to move me, to touch me, to make my heart sing. What happens if we drop from the level of pure movement into sensing them … into noticing what they move in us. How will those different alivenesses help us experience each moment in the dance in unique ways.
Somatic Work as a preparation to meet each other and Technical Essentials will be part of the Workshop. My biggest wish though is that we spend time to really dance together and inhale the flavour of our community.
