Start your week with a refreshing yoga session designed specifically for ECU students! Join us every Monday morning to stretch, breathe, and find your inner peace before diving into your studies. Sessions cater to all levels, whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a curious beginner. Be prepared to laugh, have fun & make new friends during a katieyoga class and leave feeling energised, focused and balanced.What to bring:
Students are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat, with a limited number of spares available
Comfortable clothing suitable for stretching and movement
A water bottle to stay hydrated
Learn breathing techniques and mindfulness practices to manage stress, while connecting with fellow students in a supportive and relaxed environment.
