The October long weekend will highlight the rich history of Laggan with demonstrations of yesteryear as well as modern times eg WWI Lighthorse Troop, Blade shearing, antique tractors, chainsaws, classic & vintage cars and a children's obstacle at Laggan Rec Ground.Friday evening light Opera at Willowtree Sculpture Garden. Saturday Sheep Dog Yard Trials opened by Frank & Annie from ABC Muster Dogs at Laggan Hotel. At Laggan Hall there will be markets, historical displays, buskers, mini goats and light refreshments. Saturday night join others around the camp fire for a Bake n Brew competition, and try your hand at Bra flinging and Boot chucking to raise money for cancer. Sundays Historical Car Rally closes the weekends fun and challenges in hunting down the local legendary Laggan Bunyip to WIN.
