SOULJAM // Live Music Open Floor Dance w/BELLY SAVALAS
Souljam is a live music Open Floor Dance journey facilitated by Anna Du Vé, with improvised music performed by Naarm band Belly Savalas.
At Souljam, we will explore the energetic exchange between musicians and dancers. Belly Savalas will create the musical flow, whilst also following and responding to the dancers.
Anna Du Vé (Open Floor Teacher & Vocalist) will facilitate a deep, safe space for authentic embodiment and dance, inviting exploration, connection, self-inquiry, creative expression and deep listening.
Open Floor Dance is a dynamic, lively practise of mindful movement and self-inquiry. Through free-form dance, we explore and express our authentic selves.
As dancers at Souljam, we are jamming with ourselves, each other, the musicians, the moment, our bodies, hearts, minds and souls.
Come and shake yourself into your skin, getting down and opening up, meeting the moment, yourselves, and each other, in a moving, musical dance journey called Souljam.
