Maddie Riewoldt's Vision is proud to present this educational session for families and patients affected by Diamond-Blackfan Anaemia, featuring the following expert speakers:- Associate Professor Amee George: Group Leader in the Genome Science and Cancer Division at the John Curtin School of Medical Research at The Australian National University in Canberra, Australia
- Dr Pasquale Barbaro: Paediatric Haematologist at the Queensland Children’s Hospital in Brisbane, Australia
The event will include 2 presentations from our guest speakers who will provide an introduction to Diamond-Blackfan Anaemia and an overview of the latest research and treatments for this condition. This will be followed by a 30-minute question and answer session to address patient and family queries regarding Diamond-Blackfan Anaemia diagnosis and treatment. The format will be virtual only, via Zoom (the link will be sent out the week of the event).
