A transformative experience with this beautiful Sound healing journey, guided by Angela Black (Padma Energy), live music to find deep relaxation, calm and nourishment with Crystal Singing Bowls, Gong, Medicine Drum, Chimes, Rain stick and many more.Held in the beautiful Vital Beat studio in Perth foothills, relax as you are guided on your journey of self-discovery with a guided meditation and sound healing.
Take the time for your self-care to unwind, relax, let go of daily stress and anxiety.
Event starts at 2.00pm, please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to this time to find a spot and settle in.
The session will run from 2.00pm to 3.30pm with a guided meditation, pranayama and the sound bath of music to wash over you, while you relax and destress, with time at the end to integrate what you have experienced, make a warm drink and a time for sharing.
