On Saturday 24 August 20243, AIA-ACT will hold another gala Winter Dinner to help celebrate "Hari Kemerdekaan" Indonesia's Independence Day on 17 August.This has been a feature event of superb value in the Australia Indonesia Community in Canberra for over a decade and again will provide great food, great entertainment and great company in an easily accessed central location with good free parking.
The dinner will be a Indonesian Halal buffet and later dessert.
The Guest Speaker will be the CEO of Nusa Tenggara Association (NTA), PROF James Fox, who will talk about the efforts of NTA to help the disadvantaged in Nusa Tenggara Timor. The Indonesian Ambassador, HE Dr Siswo Pramono will also address the dinner.
As well as great entertainment, another feature of our Winter Dinners has been great Raffle Prizes and again Indo Cafe is providing a 10 course Rijsttafel for 6 worth $600.
