From 12.15pm until 4pm, you’ll all enjoy an amazing three-course grazing-style lunch with entertainment provided by the sensational Glenn Braithwaite & Undercover.
The menu for the day;
Entree, grazing style – Duck spring rolls with orange dipping sauce; Scandinavian Prawn salad (gf); Leek and cheese croquettes with chipotle mayo and shaved parmesan
Main course, grazing style – Greek style lamb shoulder w/ creamy mash and greens (gf); Mediterranean roasted chicken with pomegranate, feta and Italian Parsley (gf); Roast veg medley with spanish onion, cauliflower, pumpkin, potatoes, corn and carrot.
Side – Spring salad greens with balsamic dressing (gf)
Dessert – Lamingtonettes (gf); Lemon tarts (gf); Profiteroles w chocolate sauce
