Book Links is proud to present StoryArts Brisbane 2024 (BSAB).The two-day festival for writers, illustrators, teachers and librarians promotes excellence in children’s literature.The festival offers quality, affordable workshops and master-classes and the opportunity to obtain feedback on pitches, manuscripts and portfolios. There will be key panel sessions with editors, an agent, authors and illustrators and focused sessions with book creators.
There will be an option to attend an exclusive networking event on the Saturday evening at The Plough Inn from 6:30 pm for $40 but places are strictly limited! Find the booking link in your confirmation email from Trybooking.
Please book no more than two editor/agent sessions initially to allow everyone to have a turn.
Cost for Saturday: $100 Book Links members with your discount code, (The code is applied at checkout after selecting $130), $130 for non-members

Program information - The program on Saturday is made up of panel sessions with creators, publishers and an agent and some sessions with authors and illustrators. Feedback sessions for writers and illustrators can be booked separately. Check the website for names of presenters and people offering feedback. To book a feedback session you must be booked into either the Saturday or Sunday program.
The registration desk opens at 8:30 am at The Edge Auditorium and the program runs from 9:00am to 5:15 pm
Tickets include morning tea and lunch. Books will be available from The Library Shop.
