Come with us to visit Kieltys Irish Sauces at their workshop at 10 Owen Street, Mittagong on Sat 10 August from 10.30am - 12pm. We do not have a Unit Number but there is clear signage saying Kielty's Sauces.This is an Australian small business specialising in artisan sauces, inspired by traditional Irish recipes. Working with local growers and producers, Padraic Kielty ensures that his customers enjoy some of Australia's finest products, all made by hand in small batches.
We will visit the workshop where we will hear Padraic's story and how he got from life as a chef to where he is today. Enjoy a demonstration on how to make mustard, taste a range of Kielty products and take a bottle home! Padraic Kielty has won multiple awards around the world and we are proud to have him in the Southern Highlands. Tickets: $35 for Slow Food Members and $45 for non-members.
