Glasses, goggles and jewellery/piercings must be removed prior to riding. Swimwear with zippers are not permitted. These items can cause severe personal injury and damage to the rides / equipment.

The Wave Rider and Slides require users to be at least 1.2m tall. Wave rider users 15 years and under must be accompanied by a person 16 years and over.

Supervison ratios are:

• Children 0-5 years must be accompanied in the water, within arms’ reach, by a guardian 16 years+ at all times. A supervision ratio of 1:2 applies.
• A guardian 16 years+ must actively supervise and maintain constant visual contact of children 6–15 years at all times. A ratio of 1:4 applies for supervising children 6-10

No external commercial food packaging (pizza boxes, chicken buckets, etc). Any ‘outside’ foods are to be packed/wrapped in household containers/packaging.

Hours of Operation: 

• 26 Dec – 2 Feb (except 31 Dec) Opens 11.00am – Exit Aquatopia by 5.00pm.     (Rides, attractions, cabanas commence closing from 4.00pm)
• All other 2024/2025 season dates Opens 11.00am – Exit Aquatopia by 4.00pm  (Rides, attractions, cabanas commence closing from 3.00pm

Aquatopia may close for a short period of time for the safety of guests due to electrical thunderstorms. Credits or refunds will not be issued for any closures of up to one (1) hour. 

Elements of Aquatopia are extreme rides requiring physical capacity and skill. It carries with it the risk of serious harm including physical injury or death. Risk factors include fast flowing water, hard surfaces and the risk of physical impacts. Patrons acknowledge that they and those under their care and control take part and use Aquatopia entirely at their own risk.
