WHAT IS QIGONG?
Originated in ancient China, Qigong is the skill of generating and regulating “Qi” or vital energy in the body. The purposes of practising Qigong are to maintain good health and prevent disease. It integrates physical movements, body postures, breathing techniques and focused intention.

FACILITATOR
Dr Heidi Yuen is a Chinese Medicine Practitioner, and she has been practising qigong for over 30 years. She learnt from different Masters from Hong Kong, China, USA, Sydney and Melbourne.
