The event has in-studio activities and parkland walking with a nice shared morning tea.The teachings are similar to spiritual training. This kind of teaching develops self-discovery of things that expand potential.
We are presenting this event utilizing both our "Touch Heart Yoga" and our "Talk Fest Yoga Events" presentation frameworks. This promises to be a very informative and friendly social event.

The program has, soft stretching. We start with breath work, meditation, first teaching, a 3.2 k walk with a learning session. On returning to the studio you will enjoy social time and morning tea, followed by focus work and group sharing, finishing with a truly wonderful relaxation. Bring your mat and water. If you would like to, bring something small but vegetarian or vegan to share for morning tea, please do.
