Refunds and Cancellations
Tickets for the Victorian Dressage Festival are non-refundable except under the following circumstances:

• In the event of Steffen Peters' cancellation, ticket holders will be notified, and those seeking refunds must submit their written request for a refund within 48 hours of the announcement.
• Refunds will not be made if the written request is not received within 48 hours of the notice of cancelation
• If the main presenter, Steffen Peters, cancels or is replaced, ticket holders are entitled to a refund if they do not wish to attend the festival or watch the replacement presenter.
