Refunds will be provided at the absolute discretion of RCH and must be submitted in writing. Requests for refunds should be emailed to nets.education@rch.org.au
If a registrant is unable to attend, you can nominate another person to attend in your place at no additional cost. Please advise substitutions in writing and email to nets.education@rch.org.au

Will the recording be available to registrants after the webinar?
Following the webinar, a recording of the webinar will be made available to registrants (the recording will be available for 3 months).
Will I be able to ask questions during the webinar to the speakers?
As this is a webinar, your camera and microphone will be disabled. However, you will be able to post questions to the chat function. The moderator will ensure questions are posed to the speakers.
Can I send my link to another person to access the webinar?
No, the link is for registrants only. Each person wishing to join the webinar is required to register and pay.
I cannot find the Zoom link to enter the webinar?
The Zoom link will be available on the Online Event Page one week before the event. The Zoom link will also be emailed to you prior to the event.
