OUR SPEAKERS
Paul Viney is the President of the VIC/TAS Committee and National Vice-President of the ACA. Through the VIC/TAS branch, Paul has led the development of a range of tools for the use of ACA members nationwide, such as the Time Cost Calculator and Salary Calculator to assist members in running effective, efficient and profitable practices. As President of the ACA-VIC/TAS Committee, he is committed to facilitating stronger relationships with government and other key organisations in the construction industry; and working collaboratively with all architectural organisations to achieve the best outcome for the profession. Paul is Director of FPPV Architecture, Melbourne and Director of JAI Architecture, Thailand.
Sarah Bennett is a Director of Six Degrees, with a focus on Finance and Business strategy. Sarah is also a valued member of the ACA VIC/TAS Branch committee of management, working closely with Paul in related research for industry advocacy. With over 20 years’ experience in management, Sarah has deep respect for the culture of creative organisations and is a skilled facilitator, able to engage with a wide variety of people for effective problem solving and business planning.
Glenn Fleisher is founder and Director of The Business of Architecture. Glenn has held senior positions within organisations in numerous industries including finance, petroleum, property development, manufacturing and retail. From 2001 he spent 16 years intimately involved in the management of NH Architecture, with roles including Business Manager and Finance Director. Glen founded his business in 2018 to use experience gained within the Architectural industry to provide assistance to architectural practices in areas of the business where industry specific advice and solutions are not necessarily readily available.
