Serenity in the Stadium is a unique yoga event aimed at bringing the community together to celebrate World Mental Health Day. Held at the iconic GMHBA Stadium, this event will feature an instructor-led one hour yoga session on the field.A collaboration between local charities Read the Play and Active Geelong, all proceeds will go to supporting their work in the community.
Join us in making a difference and spreading awareness about the importance of mental health and physical activity.

• Location: Oval at GMHBA Stadium, Geelong VIC
• Cost: Adults $55 | Students/Concessions $33 | Family (2 adults, 2 children) $165
• Skill Level: All levels welcome; no prior yoga experience needed
• What to Bring: Yoga mat, drink bottle, comfortable clothes
• Refreshments: Coffee and food will be available after the session
