Twice a year Smart Strata proudly delivers a seminar series to Queensland connecting the strata community to strata professionals. Our next seminar series will be no different, as you will see, as we unveil our speaker line-up over the coming weeks.

In this seminar series, our panel of experts will explore the re-insurance pool touted to assist with making insurance more affordable and also accountability of the insurers and brokers entrusted to provide the best value insurance cover terms for clients. They will explain the current status of the re-insurance pool and how to best utilise the options. They will also detail what measures are in place to disclose who is actually receiving your payment for insurance cover, what service is provided at each stage to receive any payments for managing your insurance policy and compulsory payment disclosure requirements along with additional best practice requirements to be totally transparent.   

Plus, there will be time for your specific strata questions to be asked and answered.

Our seminars are also a great way to meet suppliers that specialise in the strata industry, with networking time to mix and mingle with both suppliers and other strata owners, managers and committees whilst enjoying some delicious catering.
