更年期与骨质疏松 Menopause and Osteoporosis - Mandarin Wellbeing
About
On average, women lose up to 10% of their bone density in the first 5 years after menopause. Taking care of our health and wellbeing is important and our needs change as we age. This spring, join our program of free information sessions about women’s health and wellbeing in Mandarin. The evening will begin with chair pilates (in Mandarin) where you can join in simple pilates movements on a chair, suitable for all ages and abilities. Wear comfortable shoes and clothes and bring a water bottle.
Then enjoy an information session from bi-lingual Health Educator, Yi Luo, from the Multicultural Centre for Women’s Health.
In Mandarin, Yi will cover
• what menopause is
• the signs and symptoms of menopause
• bone health through menopause and
• what healthy living looks like
