During the monthly prayer meeting (satsang) at the Vedanta Centre in Springfield Lakes, Queensland, we are having a special guest speaker - Narada Sharma, a renowned psychologist, who will be giving us practical tips about the importance of looking after our mental health. The programme will consist of chanting, singing of devotional hymns, talk and sharing of prasad (lunch). All are welcome
