Join us for our Fastbreak FUNdamentals PLUS Sessions in Term 4, 2024. The 8 week term will run from 7.30-8.30pm on Mondays from October 29 to December 9 at the Hub Rec Centre.Fastbreak FUNdamentals PLUS is a more advanced skills program that provides the next level in theory, knowledge and skills that all players need to better understand and play the game of basketball in a fun environment.
The program will cover the following components of the game:
• Footwork
• Pivoting
• Passing
• Dribbling
• Shooting
• Defence
• Offence
• Skills consolidation
Players will learn basketball skills theory, be given drills to practice, and then finally the skills will be combined with practices to build the players game knowledge leading to a more confident player with a stronger foundation of the fundamental skills of basketball.

A reversible playing top if possible
A pumped basketball with your name on it
