You will enjoy a full day Volleyball experience in which basic skills will be covered in a friendly environment. The camp includes competitions, cooperative games and much fun.
Boys Camp: 0900-1530 Tuesday 1 October 2024
Girls Camp: 0900-1530 Wednesday 2 October 2024
Schedule:
9.00 am - welcome and warm up
9.30 am - fitness exercise
10.00am - skill development (passing)
11:00 pm - skills development (setting)
12.00 pm - lunch
12.30 pm - skills development (attack)
1.30 pm - skills development (serving)
2.00 pm - games
3.00 pm - stretching and give away prizes
3.30 pm - camp concludes
Lunch and snacks are provided.
Students should bring:
o Water bottle - to stay hydrated throughout the day
o Athletic clothing - comfortable shorts, t-shirt, and socks
o Basketball shoes - non-marking indoor shoes
