**FULLY BOOKED - To join the waitlist, please email extendedtuition@stmichaels.vic.edu.au **Food Handler Certification is now a legal requirement for work in any food based industry and a valuable employability skill for young people seeking flexible employment whilst studying their chosen vocation. Our Safe Food Handling course is run exclusively for students in years 9 - 12 and supervised on school premises.
Participants obtain the following Certification:
National Statement of Attainment:
SITXFSA005 Use Hygienic Practices for Food Safety
Lunch is provided
Students should bring:
o Water bottle - to stay hydrated throughout the day
o Laptop or Tablet, notepad, pen
