Foster and Kinship Carers give so much of themselves every day. Which is why here at FKCANT, we have brought Sandy from Phoenix Cups. This training session will enhance your wellbeing and of the children in your care using the Phoenix cups Framework.• Session 1: You Can't Pour from an Empty Cup
Sandy will introduce you to a holistic framework and a shared language about basic human life needs, motivation, wellbeing, and behaviour. Learn how to develop a personal wellbeing plan that supports your role as a carer, ensuring that your needs are met so you can better support those in your care.
• Session 2: Educator/Carer Toolkit for Behaviour
Learn new ways of thinking about, responding to, and planning for children's behaviour in this practical session.
Catering will be provided.
