Derwent Symphony Orchestra (conducted by Jack Machin) is combining with The Cradle Coast Orchestra (conducted by Robb Dennis and featuring the soprano soloist Jaqueline Ward) for our fourth and final concert of 2024.

The performance will include selected pieces from three major works, including Carmen by Bizet, Water Music by Handel and The Nutcracker Suite by Tchaikovsky. We will also be performing The Overture to Orpheus in the Underworld by Offenbach, Largo from Symphony Number 9 by Dvorak, songs from My Fair Lady and Hungarian Dance by Brahms.
