- Dietary requirements must be given prior to the event, otherwise we cannot guarrantee to be able to accomodate.
- We cannot guarantee special seating requests but will do our best to accommodate.
- Cancellation must be given via emailing thewineroom@balgowlahrsl.com.au or calling us on 9949 5477 a minimum of 24 hours prior to the event in order for a full refund to be given.
